a selection of traditional dishes from different cultures, combined with techniques and ingredients unusually used in these ethnicities, but surprisingly tasty!!!
 
 
bisque (french prawns soup in combination with african ingredients such as the red and fragrant dende oil)
 
deer carpaccio (the italian famous starter, enriched with a thai dressing, daikon radish curls, and fresh mango and koriander)
 
oven baked rice (everydays valencian rice, baked in the oven, combined with the falvours of indian spices and lamb)
 
matcha tiramisú (the most popular italian dessert, with the delicious bitter taste of the japanese green tea powder)
 
 
we cook together, preparing all at the same time (like in a restaurant) in order to have all preparations ready to be able
to finish and serve the courses one by one, until the dessert.
